There is no photo from which you could no longer get out through skillful procedures when the camera has put in. Compact cameras independently of the situation standard procedures: a bit of contrast, a bit of color, a bit sharp and compressed in the end – ready. It’s not that simple. A photo of the atmospheric sunset needs another treatment as one of the family grotting in the inn. The coarse recording of a brand new precision wristwatch is changed differently than the picture of the mountain spanorama. Sometimes car correction is sufficient, in other cases you have to try long and trick until the result faded. Sound value correction, gradation curves and channel mixers are basic tools for correcting color and brightness that should bring every image processing. Even for the retouching, especially the removal of dust and scratches, the correction of red eyes, dashing lines and distortions should be taken care of. Web export and prere in different coars also as a wishlist. We have seen six programs that are affordable for heimamerman (not like photoshop over 1000, but less than 100 euros cost) and all just mentioned exports – as well, is shown on the following pages.

Color and light

The image processing must also be able to process color and light in 16-bit mode, otherwise the whole raw-spab is not worthwhile. Apart from photolines, only a few programs offer 16-bit dialogs. With ufraw, under gimp, a suitable raw importer including tonal correction and gradation curves in 16-bit mode is available. Otherwise, only photoshop elements with camera raw can glance.
Photo correction and retouching
Even if color and light are voting, images often do not fulfill the expectations asked to you. In order to show the own photos as little reality as television magazine protectors, you can free them from dust crushers, the landscape of electricity pylons and the portray of pickle. A few years ago, the copy stamp was the mab of all things. With photoshop 7, adobe invented the time-saving repair brush variant, which adapts the brightness of the incorporated image part so that it ferves perfectly with the new environment. The effect pallets of the programs contain curious and miraculous, but apart from soft and sharpener rarely useful. Photoimpact scores with naturalistic particles for all sorts of weather. Photoshop elements and photo-plus contain suitable artistic filters. Finished effects at gimp, photoline and paint shop pro seem commonly named creative.
Last but not least
The former offers photoshop elements, the latter photo impact or photoline. No matter what you intend: image editing does not make a spab if you have to stand up to the outcome of each action. Gimp and photoplus work much slower than paint shop pro. The speed of all four is not comparable to the liquid working tempo of photoshop elements or photoline. Photoplus rolls out repeatedly during the geubschen softphone. The final light is photoimpact. Although the program hurries to show no more bars, the hard disk rattles but incruits incrored dialogs, partly up to 20 seconds.
